I have a working El Capitan on HP Elitebook 8460p except the battery status. I tried many DSDT patches with no luck. Any one with similar laptop can provide me with the required DSDT patch and a working AIACPIPM kext.
P.S PM is working fine with a modified SSDT and the laptop has a 6-series MB.

I just installed Niresh's Hackintosh on my HP Envy successfully,
However, I was facing the Black screen issue as soon as OS X booted up for the first time which I solved from the topic in this forum.
Therefore, I had to backup my Gfx Kext to boot into OSX and it was written that I have to install them again, I don't know how to install them again and there is no graphic card support currently. Also, I am unable to make my wifi work and I don't know how to work with Multibeast.

        AMD Radeon HD 7600M
I am unsure about Wifi, it was either Realtek or Intel.
        Also, the battery icon.

I also noticed that my laptop is overheating, any suggestions?
and I am unable to lower my brightness settings now.

        Thank you.

This is the Voodoo Battery kext that enables the Battery meter & percentage for almost all laptops running on OSX Mavericks 10.9.x
Use this if you either lost battery percentage upgrading from a previous version of OSX or if you have no battery percentage at all.
This package contains two kexts. Install both of them manually or with a kext installer of your preference.
        1) Voodoo Battery
        2) AppleACPIPlatform
After install if battery meter doesn't show up, go to Settings > Energy Saver >  Enable Show battery status in menubar

I first install Niresh Mavericks 10.9.0 and I have battery info, after update on 10.9.1 I still have battery info, but after update to 10.9.2 I lost my battery info on my Dell Inspiron N5110.
        Any suggestions?
