Problems with mavericks

Question

Hi,

I ve just installed Mavericks, but i have some problems using it:

1.I can boot it only in safe mode, otherwise no kernel panic occur, just infinite boot

What can i do with it?

is it should be so?

So, today, after hard rebooting my pc today (with switch on power supply(my system wasn't frozen, just i need to do that )), i have no screen flashes now in chrome. It seems that my system didn't load any kexts for intel hd(looked up with kext utility)
