Question

Hi There,

I have installed Niresh 10.8.2 on my laptop. I have the following working properly

1. Sound

2. Graphics

3. Ethernet

However, USB drive is not getting recognized.

My laptop specs

Dell Vostro 3300

Graphics : Intel 1st Generation HD graphics

Nvidia GeForce 310(Optimus)

Processor: Intel i5 450m

wifi:BCM4313(doesnt work)

I am receiving the following errors

USBF: 0.513 AppleUSBEHCI[0xffffff8011124000]: unable to get filterInterruptEventSource
USBF: 0.513 AppleUSBEHCI[0xffffff8011124000]::UIMInitialize - Error occurred (0xe00002be)

My org.chameleon.Boot.plist

cat /Extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">
<plist version="1.0">

</dict>
</plist>

I can get USB working with -f option during boot. However, then the audio does not work.

Any idea how to get the USB working without -f?

Fixed it by removing AppleHPET.kext and then re-installing VoodooHDA 2.7.2.
