How to change default OS for boot

Question

Hey guys! 

I was install Niresh Mavericks on my PC 2 months ago and for my use it`s work good. But I have a dual boot, on my primary SSD I have Windows 8.1 and on HDD I have a OSX. When I turn on PC, default OS for boot is OSX, but I want a Windows. How can I change this?

there is Two way as follow :

1.change Boot Deivce order in Bios

2.Change Default boot to Windows or Else in Bootloader of  OSX ..

for Chameleon 

<key>Default Partition</key>
<string>hd(x,y)</string> (check this using Diskutility)

for Clover use Clover Configurator rename Default = MacHDD to Any you want
