Just a quick question i bought a Early 2007 Macbook on ebay today and i can't install Mavericks through apple. Was wondering if niresh's 10.9 dmg would be able to be installed on my mac.

 Specs AFAIK

250Gb HDD

iGPU Intel GMA 950

 Thanks in advance

Not 100% correct but by judging by the information you gave, if you cant install from the Appstore I think your hardware just isn't good enough. 2007 is about a long time ago, back I think when it ran Leopard. So I highly doubt that you can run even snow leopard with that hardware. (I hope that didnt sound like I am too negative, however, you should look at the minimum requirements)

Based on apple:

  • MacBook (13-inch Aluminum, Late 2008), (13-inch, Early 2009 or later

It can be done, just make a vanilla install usb without bootloader and edit the the text file inside the /System/Installations/Packages

Also if you google for something you'll probably also find something that you can use.

Good Luck
