Problem to install on G41M-VS3 + Intel celeron e3400

Hi, after many attempts to install Mountain Lion does not work. I tried press usb and dvd in all variants. I found a ready-installed version of Mac version which I put my work. During installation, a value -v.

Then restart the computer and can not continue. Windows operating systems are installed without giving errors.

CPU (intel celeron e3400 2.6Ghz)

Graphic Card (Nvidia GF 8800GT 512MB DDR3)

MotherBoard Chipset (Intel G41)

RAM (2x2GB DDR3 800)

Ethernet (Atheros AR8132L)

Audio (Via HD VT1705)
