Yosemite installation hangs at pci configuration begin

Question

I am trying to install Niresh Yosemite.dmg using;

 

MSI 760GM-E51 motherboard  (AMD 760G chipset)

AMD Phenom II x4 945 Processor (socket AM3)

6gb memory

ATI Radeon 3000 onboard graphics

Realtek PCIe GBE Controller

Realtek RTL8139/810x Fast Ethernet NIC

 

I have tried booting with all amd kernels and boot hangs at pci configuration begin

with the exception of amd32 which hangs at debugger not configured. hang

 

Need help.

Have you tried to set bootflags:

 

ncpi=0x2000 OR npci=0x3000

 

I read this on the installation guide from Hackintosh Zone.

 

It says something like: 

 

If installation hangs at PCI Configuration Begin, try: npci=0x2000 OR npci=0x3000

 

If it hangs at DSMOS has arrived, try bootflag -s then type grafix on superuser console and press enter.

 

username and pass if you can´t create account on first boot: root | niresh

I have tried both npci=0x2000/0x3000, still hangs at pci configuration begin.
