Question

okay so iv been running mac OS mavericks on my PC for about 6 months now and it has always been fine apart from the audio, however the other day i tried to tweak it using mulibeast and i selected audio driver and screen res to 1080p and i think thats what did it cause now when i turn it on it get a screen with loads of writing (see attached) really annoyed cause i need to edit videos, i also wanted to upgrade to Yosemite but im not sure if that's possible without loosing all my stuff? i don't know too much as Niresh himself set it up with me before i just followed what he said, any way if i could have some help fixing this, my specs are below,
