Not booting, possibly due to SecurityAgent

Not booting, possibly due to SecurityAgent

I installed OS X El Capitan on my laptop and it's not booting with any option.

Before reboot, there are many errors from com.apple.xpc.launchd.domain.pid.SecurityAgent like

Path not allowed in target domain: type = uid, path = /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/FamilyControls.framework/Versions/A/XPCServices/com.apple.FCiCloudPrefUpdater.xpc/Contents/MacOS/com.apple.FCiCloudPrefUpdater error = 1: Operation not permitted, origin = /System/Library/Frameworks/Security.framework/Versions/A/MachServices/SecurityAgent.bundle

This is laptop with NVIDIA & Intel graphics however, I deleted kexts of NVIDIA which was cause to bluetooth manager transport missing (or something like that).
