Sierra best for VFX Hackintosh?

Question

I am sick of windows 10 causing problems and bugs, my MacBook Pro OS Sierra runs good but it get too hot trying to render out big projects.

My question is what Hackintosh OS would be best for my hardware?  I have even thought of running windows 7 pro and have VM of Hackintosh but i do not know how much of a performance loss that would be.

I run Maya,  Keyshot, Nuke , Zbrush, Adobe CC  and more

Mobo Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 .           CPU: AMD FX-8320

Memory: 20GB DDR3                         VideoCard: Gigabyte 670GTX 4GB (GV-N670OC-4GD)

Hard Drives:  WD SSD 500GB\  WD RED 8TB\  Seagate Barracuda 3TB\   And 2 WD Black 2TB

Displays : 3 Asus Nvidia 3D Vision 1080p

when i had windows on it most programs i would install on the WD black drive.  and set 100GB of the SSD as virtual Ram.

so what OS type would you use?

Robert.
