Niresh, if it helps you at all, this computer did the same thing with your Sierra install. Then the video acceleration kicked in with the update to 10.12.6. There could be the answer in there somewhere.
I have a Alienware R6. I have Intel Onboard but I can't turn it off in BIOS. The only way I can get installer to work is with removing the 1070 videocard. But then after installation if I put the 1070 back in it freezes again and will not start up.
Is there a fix with using the 1070 so it doesn't freeze the system up? I have to remove the card for the Hackintosh to boot to High Sierra.
Hi Niresh, thank you for your time. I did try to install update with both kext before updating to 10.12.6. First without it because I was not using it @10.12.3 and then current install with Lilu.kext & NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext. Same result was achieved.
lilu and nvidiagraphicfixup - put them in clover\kext\others folder as suggested
should I install it in L\E or S\L\E using kext wizard?
I have installed High Sierra with Hackintosh Zone High Sierra.
My problem is that get black screen on my Hackintosh when the login window is supposed to show.
When I boot with Hackintosh Zone USB I get to login and all is ok, but not without USB.
Worked great with Hackintosh Zone Sierra.
