Mavericks on VMware

So, I'm new btw and I think this is the correct place for this problem, but I have got the .iso version to bootup, etc on vmware (I have AMD btw) but, when I get to the setup part, I don't have any other disks to install to, I don't know what to do, since most the other VMware Mac OS's I have gotten are like already installed or something, but I'm very confused please help me, I'll post a picture of the screen that I am stuck at. Thank you.

Click utilities -> disk utylity -> erase tab -> format disk partition. Then close disk utility. Select new formatted disk and click "install"
