Kernal Panick After Installing

I believe what's coming up on my screen is a kernal panick because I see the word "<panic>" in this error.  Here's a zoomed in screenshot of my error with the -v boot flag.  https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_wirdp1WZTiMWZmakxkaHhtcEU/view?usp=sharing

I managed to get the OS 10.9 loaded with the -x boot flag but networking (wifi) doesn't work because I guess that kext isn't one of the "ONLY NECESSARY" kext file that -x loads.  Is there any way to solve the problem?

I tried PCIRootUID=1 and PCIRootUID=0 and those didn't work.

Here are my specs:

Motherboard:  Asus z97p

CPU:  Intel Core i5 4460

GPU:  AMD R9 270x

8 Gigs of DDR3 1600 Ram

2 Hard drives.  Mac OS is installed on second hard drive's partition
