No Bootloader icons in the start screen bacause of boot0ss: error in Yosemite 10.10.1
1 1

I have successfully installed Yosemite 10.10.1 (Niresh) in one of my hard drive partitions using a particular bootflag in Yosemite restored USB . But when the laptop restarted it gave boot0ss error message in the start screen . There is no bootloader partions (5 partitions) made with disk utility..  If I boot from USB to the hard drive, it is booting. I want to boot directly from the boot loader icon in the start screen . How can I get rid of the  boot0ss : error screen to directly boot from the bootloader icon of Yosemite wihout using the pen drive..
