Can't get graphics card working.

My rig:

Mboard: ASUS M5A97 EVO R2.0 (Latest BIOS)

CPU: FX8350@4.0GHz (Stock clock)

RAM: Kingston HX324C11T3K2/16

Graphics card: GIGABYTE GTX 970 G1 (Latest BIOS)

Right after installation and successful booting (with nv_disable flag) to desktop I've installed NVIDIA latest driver. But when I try to use it, I have blank screen(no signal) some time after NVDAStartup: Web message in verbose mode.

What I tried to do:

Different combinations of boot flags(PCIRootUID=1, GraphicsEnabler=Yes/No, nvda_drv=0,1), Changing output to VGA(Using DVI to VGA adaptor), usually I've use HDMI output.

Can anyone help me with this problem?
