Make an APM (Apple Partition Map) HDD in a Windows machine?

Question

Make an APM (Apple Partition Map) HDD in a Windows machine?

I picked up a PowerMac G5 a while back and finally got an installer for it. I just need to properly format my hard drive to install OSX 10.5 onto it. I have Windows 10 and I can access the PowerMac G5's terminal. I just need to get my hard drive to the APM partition scheme. I figured this was the place to ask, I hope I didn't post in the wrong forum topic, feel free to move it if I'm inaccurate.
