  1. @hayduke Restore High Sierra is a PKG, You have to download the torrent separately
  2. Restore Sierra.pkg

    @escape_freedom13 https://www.hackintosh.zone/file/1008-hackintosh-sierra/
  3. BOOTLOADER is a volume, not a directory
  4. Replace /BOOTLOADER/EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI/OsxAptioFx2Drv-64.efi with OsxAptioFxDrv-64.efi OsxAptioFxDrv-64.efi can be found in the internet or within volume /BOOTLOADER/
  5. Lenovo Z51-70 Installing Hackintosh / Error

  7. USB Issue AMD FX Processor

    @hamid_smd Follow this guide to Fix stuck in language chooser
  8. @xW4LK3R Im sorry i can't debug in every case your should go with Yosemite then Thanks for being a part of Hackintosh Zone.
  9. @X-troyer You have a Gigabyte BIOS & Many people have succeeded with your BIOS if you are too lazy to find those settings from BIOS, sorry we cant help BIOS Settings (DEL to enter using USB keyboard) Load optimized defaults first, then: Set EFI Boot = On (default to EFI boot) Set Secure Boot = Off Set Fast Boot = Off Set Virtualization VT-d = Disabled Set ErP = Enabled - this is necessary to allow shutdown to work properly, i.e. not reboot seconds after shutdown. ErP Support determines whether to let the system consume less than 1W of power in S5 (shutdown) state. When the setting is enabled, the following four functions will become unavailable: PME Event Wake Up, Power On By Mouse, Power On By Keyboard, and Wake On LAN. Set OS Type to “Other” Set XHCI Handoff to Enabled Memory - I used the “Performance” setting for RAM in the BIOS. I have a 2400 module for a motherboard that only supports 2133 RAM frequency, this is not an issue. I went with an 8GB module instead of 2x4 GB so I can upgrade to 16GB later. See notes in Clover config.plist below to allow the OS to properly see the 8GB RAM. If you do some research on Single vs Dual Channel, Dual Channel doesn’t give double the performance in case you are wondering, the performance increase is is actually negligible. Make sure the I/O controller (i.e. Super I/O) is disabled in the BIOS. Here is a helping thread
  10. @xW4LK3R Try these in BIOS Load "UEFI Default Settings" Change IDE to AHCI Disable Spread Spectrum and Intel SpeedStep Technology The following lines were copied from a Forum Post You should not have any discrete card present during boot or it will kernel panic. Ensure "onboard graphics" is enabled before turning it off and removing the discrete card from your system. Save your UEFI settings exit, turn off your system, remove the discrete card, plug in your HDMI or DVI to HDMI and you should be good to go.
  11. @xW4LK3R You are booting in UEFI mode, if you try to boot in Legacy mode (Make changes in BIOS), Chameleon boot-loader will be loaded instead of Clover, So you can bypass this issue let me know if it worked
  12. USB Issue AMD FX Processor

    @viserbapaolo I think you are booting in Legacy mode, After selecting USB as boot source keep pressing Number 6, which will load Clover bootloader Clover usually patches many issues on the fly better give it a try. Keep me posted
  13. Will this work on my HP?

    @darky Yes haswell cpus are supported You should read the guide before starting any procedures https://www.hackintosh.computer/42/yosemite-zone-guide/ as from the guide, you have to use the following Boot-args to boot into Installation /haswell -v I'm sure about Your Graphics but try to Use GraphicsEnabler & MacBookPro SMBIOS
  14. USB Issue AMD FX Processor

    @viserbapaolo You have only two options: If you are using Clover use kcsuffix=bronya or kcsuffix=shaneee If you are using Chameleon Kernel=kernel.bronya or Kernel=kernel.shaneee Is this USB error happening after installation or Before installation?
