  1. first of all make a full screen on your guest virtualbox window 2nd on the top click Utilities, go to disk utility click on the allocated disk you allocated, probably it's 20 gb depending how huge you created, now make a partition and create a name for it. lastly, after creating a partition, you should see now two partition aside with the installation partition (yellow disk), choose the partition you created with the name you created for it, then install os x.
  2. Getting this message on installation: "you can't install OS X on the same disk that contains this installation package". My system using is Linux Mint 17.2 (host), running on virtualbox 5.0.2
