  1. Almost Perfect - Amd FX-6300, ATI HD 5450 10.9.4

Sorry for the late reply only just checked the forum. Have you you enabled kernel caching? Seriously speeds up booting.
  2. Motherboard: Gigabyte ga-78lmt-usb3 Processor: AMD FX6300 Ram: 8Gb 1600mhz (not sure of brand) Graphics: Nvidia GTX650 1gb HDD: 120gb Corsair SSD OS: Niresh Mavericks 10.9.0 Boot flags: (USB Stick) /amd npci=0x2000 (Bootloader) npci=0x2000 Silky smooth install. I did have a crash on first boot whilst niresh optimisations were going on, but after restarting, no problems up to now. I had tried Niresh 10.10.1 before Mavericks, but had issues at boot (taking 1 and a half minutes to boot (graphics related I think)) I would be interested to know how to update to 10.9.4 and whether there are any performance gains or losses from this. I have the Gigabyte Ga-78lmt-USB3 with the fx6300 (Not Overclocked) 8GB 1600mhz Ram Geforce GTX650 and a Corsair 120gb SSD. I booted from USB stick with the /amd npci=0x2000 boot flag and it was buttery smooth from there on. See vid below:
