  1. I had the same problem with Yosemite in a VirtualBox under Ubuntu 14.04, but solved like this: boot with options -s -v -x re-mount and exit the shell: /sbin/fsck -fy /sbin/mount -uw / exit ...since then, the problem vanished. ...even after several reboots. best regards, Stephan
