  1. Trackpad fixed by using MultiBeast( ty KhatPhat for pointing me there).. but intel 4000 still not working. Any ideas for it?
  2. So, i installed 10.9 on ASUS x552vl. After installing it, i need to run grafix to remove the video drivers (intel, nvidia), because it hangs after DSMOS has arriver. After that it boots just fine, but have 3 problems: 1) No wifi . Installed several kexts but nothing works.. tried the bearextender too, but not good. 2) No GPU acceleration from what i can see. Everything works, but graphics are glitchy... and simple games just dont work. But installing the kext for intel 4000 breaks it again. 3) Even tho the trackpad works in the installer, it does not work after i installed the OS. No idea why.. ( tryed Deepak's suggestion from : https://www.hackintosh.zone/forums/topic/797-guide-most-common-problems-with-hackint0shs/ but does not work for me). Windows says the trackpad is connected to a PS/2 port. Laptop specifications: https://www.asus.com/Notebooks_Ultrabooks/X552VL/#overview CPU i5-3230M 4gigs ram GPU Nvidia 710M (from what i understand, this wont work, since it's optimus.) Wireless: Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 (got this data from Windows, in Device Manager).
  3. In the installer, there is no /Extra folder. Also, writing Kextstat in terminal rezults in "command not found". Any ideas?
  4. Do you know where the trackpad kext is on the installer for 10.9 ? /System/Library/Extensions/ApplePS2Controller.kext does not exist. (i got same problem. Trackpad working in installer, not working after )
  5. UPDATE: It boots up fine after starting is single user mode (-s) and deleting video kext's with grafix. Since this machine will mostly be running Linux (ubuntu atm), i need to use the GRUB bootloader, since the one that comes with Niresh's DVD does not support Linux. But there is a problem: after reinstalling grub, system time runs extremely fast, cursor moves incredebly fast.. 4 seconds in real life register as 1 minute to it. Even typing on it is nearly impossible. This problem is NOT present if i use the bootloader from the DVD to boot from the partition, but remaining with that bootloader is not an option for me. So, any1 got an idea? Any help is appreciated. (maybe a way to install the OS X bootloader on that partition, and have grub boot that? or..i dunno).
  6. Hy. I am using an ASUS X552VL, with an intel i5 3230m and nvidia 710m. Drive is set to AHCI. Using the new Niresh 10.8.5 DVD i am able to boot up and install OS X fine (dont need any flags) but after that, it wont start. I get stuck at this part:
