Making this was a really tough work, bur finally this video is online.   12. Actually that Wi-Fi card isn't compatible with OS X, you could try this: https://www.hackintosh.zone/index.php?/file/118-all-in-one-network-solution-wireless-ethernet/ but I don't think that it will work but anyway just give it a try and let me know
  13. Are you sure that you installed AppleIntelCPUPowerManagment.kext ?

Download Win32DiskImager from here: sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/‎ Then plug you USB device into your PC (make sure that the USB is of 8GB or larger and make sure that it's empty, if it isn't just format it) Go on Win32DiskImager and click on the little "blue folder" icon and select your .dmg file (be sure to select *.* in files of type) Then select your USB device (E: for example) and then click on "Write". When the writing process is finished you are ready to go GOOD LUCK!
