  1. Hello here!! Someone can give me a light?
  2. Hello to all! First, sorry for my English, because I speak Portuguese. I'll try to be the more direct as possible. I already made a bootable USB stick successfully with Win32DiskImager with the "OSX-Mavericks.dmg", but no matter what flag I use, it always ends up in the photo below. In the picture: Using only the "-v" flag. Where am I going wrong? My specs: Motherboard: DX79SI Processor: Core i7 3960X - 3.30 ~ 3.90ghz (turbo boost) with 6 cores in HT (12 threads total) and 15MB L3 cache Memory: 16GB RAM (4x4Gb) DDR 3 1600mhz quad channel HD1: 96GB Kingston SSD HD2: Seagate 1TB Video Card: Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 6970 with 2GB memory
  3. Sorry, where did you see images of a laptop? If you are asking about the Acer, it was just a comment comparing with another laptop I have here at my disposal for testing which worked without problems. I need help on the desktop described on specs, and all the pics is of the screen of the desktop.
  4. Well, after the thread that I created, I got a VMware image of OS X 10.9 fully functional and could create a USB Installer directly by MAC OS restore as seen here and here (diskutil terminal method). Now the bootloader don't reboot the system as before, and let me see what is happening with boot. I make a couple of flag tests and have no sucess in none of the tries. I kindly ask you to help me, because performing the hackintosh in this machine is what I want most in these last days, and I'm willing to perform any maneuver that is required. Below, I'll put a link with photos of ALL tries I do, to share with you all to analyze with details my situation. [*]Only with -v flag: http://imgur.com/PyJDx68 [*]With -v + CPUs=1 flags: http://imgur.com/IGG49mC [*]With -v + CPUs=1 + GraphicsEnabler=No flags: http://imgur.com/OEiCud4 [*]With -v + CPUs=1 + GraphicsEnabler=No + npci=0x2000 flags: http://imgur.com/Jy9T1uB [*]With -v + CPUs=1 + GraphicsEnabler=No + npci=0x2000 + PCIRoot=1 flags: http://imgur.com/C71aNnF And now, just to avoid having to access the other topic, I'll put my specs again: Processor: Core i7 3960XMotherboard: DX79SI (offboard)Memory: 16GB DDR 3 (4x4GB)VGA: Sapphire HD 6950 - 2GB (Which is impossible to replace by now)HD: SSD 96GB Kingston May have given something wrong in the creation of USB? As I said in another topic, I have an old notebook from my mother (a Acer Aspire 1410 - Celeron 1.2ghz with 2GB RAM) where I test the USB boot installer and with this Niresh distro 10.9 also shows these errors (In version 10.8.2, the Acer notebook's boot directly without any flag. The desktop boot without problems only with the flag cpus=1. But on the desktop the drivers for audio, video and wifi are not installed and I don't know how to make them work). Please if you need ANY information about my config, just ask and I will give any information you need. Since now, thank you all very much.
  5. I did another USB with 10.8.5, and gives me that screen at installer boot https://i.imgur.com/DKmVz0q.jpg, just putting -v command. I start think that are happening something weird on my desktop. Really weird. I have an old laptop here of my mother, this laptop have a 1.2ghz Celeron with 2GB of RAM DDR-2 and a GMA4000 (If I remember rightly), both 10.8.2 and 10.8.5 USB Installers boots PERFECTLY without any flags. Boot on install screen flawless and detect fastly even wifi! I'm still not installed it to a full test because this notebook is of her work, and I can't let my mother without it for many time. Back to my desktop, I think it is a very complex set to configure for hackintosh I can't even install a little kext
  6. Ok, I'll try that when I install it again. But now, I'm with Mountain Lion installed in this situation. Any ideias how to solve these issues? I try to download some kexts to ATI, but I even know how to activate them (I can put in kexts folders with kext wizard, but after reboot nothing happens).
  7. Well, after giving up of OS X 10.9, I try to install 10.8.2. And for my surprise, install was successful! Just have to put cpus=1 flag to install without lag on mouse. But after installed, the system hangs on apple screen. Should reboot. So I try the flag -v, and now hangs on a white screen. So I try -v and -f flag, and the white screen comes with the black cursor moving normally, but nothing happens. Stucked on this. Well, after a lot of combinations of flags, I tried to reinstall again, following the tips of start screen of install (thanks Niresh). I have been checked the boxes of move graphics ATI to disable acceleration of my HD 6950. Installed successful, and once again without any flags it hangs on apple screen. This time I put only -v flag, and magically the system booted pretty well! But now, in addiction to put the -v flag always I boot, I have those issues too: - Video acceleration won't work and every graphical things makes glitches and slowdowns. - Because of video acceleration, I can't change my resolution that are stucked in 1024x768 (my monitor is 1080p), at least I think is because of this. - OnBoard Wifi won't work - Audio won't work How can I solve those issues? My specs: Processor: Core i7 3960x (recognized perfectly all 6 cores + threads) Motherboard: DX79SI RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16gb (4x4GB in Quad-Channel) VGA: ATI Radeon Sapphire HD 6950 2GB HDD: Kingston SSD 96GB Once again, sorry any fail on the english, I'm from Brazil. And many, many thanks since now ! I'm really excited with Mac OS, and I pretend make my Niresh's Hackintosh perfect!
  8. Look, I try the same usb flashes in a old notebook here, and gives me the same error. So I try the Clover and it tells "Driver Error" (???). The consequent actions are the same: Restarts the PC. What is wrong here? What can be this time? EDIT: I try other versions of Niresh's MacOS too, like 10.8.2 and 10.8.5 and the problem is the same. Gives the information of https://i.imgur.com/dbIH616.jpg and reboot. How I said, tried on 2 different machines. There's something wrong with this version of BootDiskUtility. EDIT 2: I try the 2 last versions of BootDiskUtility, the 2.178b with chameleon r2269 and the 2.179b CE with the same version of chameleon. The information is the same of the pic. It's hard to tell if the problem is with BDU or with chameleon. I'm really in a blind here Help please! EDIT 3: I try with BDU 2.170b with chameleon r2191 and the information is the same, but simply stucks all the machine. Not even reset switch works. Only power off and power on.
  9. Ok, thanks Deepak! But unfortunately the issue persist like original topic: The bootloader persists on reboot the machine. The difference is that now it let me see the last line of code, by pausing all the proccess. Could you analyse this line error? https://i.imgur.com/dbIH616.jpg After pressing any key, the machine reboots. I try only -f flag and the problem is the same.
  10. Well I look at the developer website and see that Chameleon version on last BDU is r2269. It will work?
  11. Oh, reading a little bit appears to be with version of bootloader, I'm using the internal of BootDiskUtility (Chameleon r2255) and should be the r2286. I don't certainly if is this the problem, but is that only thing that can explain. I try to do these steps on BootDiskUtility: - Options > Configuration; - Boot Data Set: External; - Selected the Chameleon-2.2svn-r2286.pkg.zip file; - Format the USB flash drive. The bootloader simply don't work. After this, I try those steps again, but now with the i386_v2286.zip file. Same issue: Bootloader won't work. The issue is a black screen after selecting the usb flash drive. There's another way to do this? Any solutions for me? Since now, thanks.
  12. Hello! First of all, sorry my english, I'm brazillian I do exactly how is in and could enter successful on installer of 10.8.2. But in 10.9 on USB, the bootloader simply restarts PC. Even if I put -v flag, it's impossible to see what is on screen. Some ideas? My specs: Processor: Core i7 3960X Motherboard: DX79SI (offboard) Memory: 16GB DDR 3 (4x4GB) VGA: Sapphire HD 6950 - 2GB HD: SSD 96GB Kingston
