  1. Black Screen after Installation - Already Tried "Grafix"

I now have an XFX 250. As far as I can tell, it won't work with 10.10.1 or 10.10 unless I can find a Kext for it. I can get into the OS, but I have to first remove all graphics kexts, and do "GraphicsEnabler=No" I have since given up, and used the hard drive I was using with Yosemite, and an old Desktop, to make myself a Server PC. Good Luck!
  2. Black Screen after Installation - Already Tried "Grafix"

Yes, I had found a fix. There was a new version of the Yosemite installation that Niresh had updated to, and that seemed to work beautifully (using the /amd1 Kernel). However, now I'm having the same problem with my new graphics Card, using the new Yosemite 10.10.1 installation.
  3. Black Screen after Installation - Already Tried "Grafix"

Update: I have gotten it somewhat working. Now, i'm able to boot into Yosemite... but the loading bar gets stuck half way. I used Verbose to find the problem and it turns out that i'm getting "Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport" Again.
  4. Yosemite Black Screen after installation, Then Crash on Boot

Update: I did manage to get it somewhat working, after using grafix I boot back into the installer USB and boot from there... the only problem is that now I'm getting stuck half way with "missing Bluetooth controller transport" yet again.
  5. Specs: AMD FX 6100 Processor AMD Radeon HD 6570 Graphics Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 Motherboard The Problem: After installing Yosemite (Using only /amdfx, npci=0x3000, and -v as boot flags) I get a black screen. How I've tried fixing it: I've attempted using the "grafix" Fix on the main forum ( http://hackintosh.zo...ion-hackintosh/ ), But ended up making the whole situation worse. Now, when i try booting into Yosemite, no matter what I do, I always end up getting stuck at a Yosemite Wallpaper screen, blurred out, then it crashes after about a minute. I've tried using -x (safe mode), -v (verbose), npci=0x3000 (and 2000), and many others, with no luck. Keep in mind that it only started crashing on me after I ran the commands as stated on the "Grafix" article. Before that, I was more than likely into Yosemite, Just no working picture on the Monitor. Please help. I'm not an absolute noob at this, nor am I any expert! ANY and ALL suggestions will be helpful! I've attached an image that looks like the one i get right before i get the inevitable crash. The only difference is that there's no Yosemite logo on it. Attached Thumbnails

  7. AMD Yosemite Install errors. Help

Niresh posted to Twitter this afternoon that almost everyone was having problems installing Yosemite. One of those people is me. He said that the torrents were corrupted and that he would try to re-upload them within the next week.
  8. Hardware Specs First: -AMD FX 6100 Processor -AMD Radeon HD 6570 Graphics -Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 Motherboard -No dedicated sound card... Yet. -The HDD that I have Mavericks currently installed on is a WD 250 GB HDD. Mavericks 10.9.0 works wonderfully on my AMD-Based PC (as you could tell from the specs, I'm an AMD Fan) However, just like iOS 7, I think that Yosemite looks beautiful, and like anyone else as eager as me out there, I would like to have it for myself. I've followed the current guide on Hackintosh Zone (as of October 31st) and have been 100% successful... Up until the actual Installation part comes in. When I boot into my 16 GB (Cruzer Glide) USB, everything goes perfectly. I press 'O' to access the configuration and, along with the "Kext-dev-blah blah =1", I add a "-v", that way I can see what's going on. I then press 'return' and proceed to arrow over to my Yosemite Install, and press Enter. I'm then greeted by 2 or 3 Lines of code, followed by a line of dots slowly progressing across the screen. About 2 seconds into these dots moving about the screen, happily, the dots suddenly stop and I get what I think is an error, saying: "Root Device UUID is..." followed by a whole buch of letters, numbers, and various dashes. After this has been on the screen for a good 4 seconds, my PC crashes and reboots. I've tried adding all of the following: ncpi=0x2000 -v ncpi=0x3000 -v -x -v PCIRootUID=1 -v PCIRootUID=0 -v ...With no luck. I'm NO noob at all of this, nor am I an expert at installing and modifying Kernels and Kexts and what not. I would appreciate some help here, as I honest to goodness have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Thanks for any and all help!
