  1. Until know only linux users know how to fix this... sorry guys: http://ubuntuforums....d.php?t=1487383 At that time, they had the same problem as we have now. Someday will appear a mac os genius that know xnu kernel to help us hehe..
  2. Linux smart guys know how to fix this: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1487383 At that time, they had the same problem as we have now. Someday will appear a mac os genius to help us hehe..
  3. Yeah... I don't know if it's a vaio problem or a GT "M" problem... Whatever... nobody knows the sollution... sad ! It's strange cause hdmi is enabled.. so I think the driver is turning the monitor off when it starts... But I think there is a way to turn on the monitor and direct the output image to the internal monitor... let's wait and see if somebody will fix this..
  4. Did you guys find a driver kexts or something like that to make ce qi working ? Cause when you backup all graphics kexts during installation, you don't have full access to your graphics card and everything will be flickering on screen. I have a notebook with Geforce GT 425M. Seems that nobody knows if it's possible to fix this. Thank you guys.
  5. Hi guys, I have a Vaio VPCF13BFX with the following specs: i7 740 QM 1.73 GHZ 4GB RAM DDR 3 Wifi Atheros Screen 16.4" 500GB HD Geforce GT 425 M I installed niresh 10.9 and updated to 10.9.4. and I had the "PCI CONFIGURATION BEGIN" problem but using the fixed topic I could fix it. So everything is working properly but notebook monitor screen. I don't know what is really happening. I installed the system using 2 different graphics options on setup, that are: 1 - I installed without backup nvidia kexts during setup. Doing this, CE QI worked out of box. BUT JUST ON HDMI connected to a external monitor. The notebook screen turns off and does not show anything. This is freaking me out :/ 2 - Installed using backup nvidia kexts during setup. Doing this, CE QI didn't work. BUT the notebook screen is working so far so good. I'm think the mac installation on this case is using VESA 3.0 specs to show the screen imagens on my notebook monitor. Do you guys know anyway to make the notebook monitor work using the first option ? I think there is a issue with the driver cause it cannot see that there is a internal monitor. It seems to be working like a GT without "m" cause only using hdmi the images are transfered to the external monitor. This is weird ! hehe There are lots of guys with the same problem using gt m cards. I don't know if you guys can fix the kext for us. Thanks in advance !
  6. hi man, About the black screen..this is it.. if you plug a external monitor you will see the mac start screen without any problem... i didn't install any kext for nvidia... during setup i just selected the normal options like smbios for macbook pro and so on. try to remove your kext for nvidia and connect your notebook to a hdmi monitor.. See you !
  7. I did almost the same thing and it worked. Now I have 10.9.4 updated. Try to do this that I posted. Maybe it will work.. see you guys https://www.hackintosh.zone/forums/topic/1601-stuck-at-pci-configuration-begin-after-update-to-1092/
  8. Hi samlive, Man I saw the video ! this is weird !... I think it is a kext problem. My video is working ok cause I changed the resolution to 1366x768x32 in system preferences. andI have to use GraphicsEnabler=Yes . On bootloader from your usb or whatever use this "-v GraphicsEnabler=Yes" without quotes and press enter! I didn't install any kext for nvidia graphics card. Well, I think my system is booting ok when the battery is lower than 90%. I will check it again to see if this happens. Previously I had Windows 8.1 installed first then I installed mac. The bootloader didn't work out of box. I had to format the entire disk using only mac to get the bootloader working ok. I think you can do dual boot. I heard you have to format with disk utility using 2 partitions(mac os journaled and fat32/exfat for windows). Then you reboot and install windows first and then mac. I didn't do this so I cannot say this is true. The problem I had updating to 10.9.4(pci configuration begin) is gone. I solved it doing this that I posted cause you need it someday. https://www.hackintosh.zone/forums/topic/1601-stuck-at-pci-configuration-begin-after-update-to-1092/ See you man.
  9. I have a Vaio VPCF13 and after installing from 10.9.0 to 10.9.4 it didn't boot anymore(PCI CONFIGURATION BEGIN). But this is what I did to get it working and updated. 0 - if you didn't backup mach_kernel and extensions folder, sorry. You have to reinstall 10.9 again. 1 - After installing niresh 10.9.0 make a backup of your mach_kernel (root folder) and Extensions folder(System/Library). I made a backup to my desktop folder using cp command in terminal( use terminal cause it's better I think) 2 - Install update 10.9.4 combo and reboot. 3 - Using your USB( I said USB) niresh that you used to install the 10.9.0 open terminal(menu) and restore mach_kernel and Extensions to where they were before the update. Take care doing this. I did remove the folders using rm -rf ..BUT TAKE CARE ! After that I used cp to restore mach_kernel from my desktop to root folder and ditto -V (- V I think )to copy Extensions from desktop to system/library. HINT: When you are in terminal from your installer you have to access your mac partition. My partition name is "macintosh" so remember yours. to access your partition from usb terminal you have to type: cd /Volumes/YOUR_PARTITION_NAME .. doing this your are in root. ***Do not forget to do this ! 4 - After restoring your mach_kernel and extensions folder close terminal and open Disk Utility and REPAIR PERMISSIONS from your mac partition(only mac partition). It will take like 5 minutes and the log will show you a log of /Extensions repair messages. Restart. 5 - You can now remove niresh usb but YOU HAVE TO BOOT USING -v -x -f flags in your mac bootloader 6 - After booting, open Kext Wizard and again RESTORE PERMISSIONS(first tab I think) **** 7 - Open Chameleon Wizard and see if your boot flags are the same as when you installed 10.9.0 8 - Restart and use your Hackintosh again This worked for me. See you guys.
  10. Hi samlive, Yesteday I installed some kexts. I installed the ethernet all in one solution and ALPS kexts (both found here in Niresh website). Also I did install a kext called IO80211Family.kext. I installed this cause the ethernet all in one solution didn't work. But after installing this bluetooth and wifi worked ok. Well.. Everything is working good now but native notebook monitor. I still have to use external hdmi to work properly. But everything is working ok. Acceleration and everything ( I think acceleration is activated cause it is too fast and the animations are smooth). But...BUT..hehehe.. I installed combo update to 10.9.4 and everything is gone !! hehehe... I cannot boot at all. I'm stuck at "PCI CONFIGURATION BEGIN". Some guys said I should've done backup of some kexts and kernel but it's a little bit confusing. I'm at work now, but when I get home I'll try to fix this in some way.. maybe reinstallation will be the best sollution hehe. "I'm trying to quote but it's not working for me...sorry"

  12. samlive, Did you find the solution to these issues ? I have a vaio VPCF13BFX and I found the same problems. Specs: i7 740QM Quad-core. 4GB RAM. Geforce GT 425M 1GB. Wifi Atheros (I think). Issues that I found are: 1 - notebook screen monitor doesn't work. I have to use a external tv using hdmi to work properly. 2 - Trackpad doesn't work after installing the system. It works properly when installing the system. 3 - Wifi doesn't get recognized. I don't know how to make this thing to work.. haha Thanks in advance !
