  1. Hello. I was wondering of my ThinkPad could take any OS X versions on it. It has a Core i7-2620M, and a Quadro NVS 4200. I know that everything else is compatible, except the network might not be. Ethernet will work though.
  2. HP Pavilion g6z-2200 Hackintosh

Hello, I was wondering if I could Hackintosh my laptop. The specs can be found at this link- I've added an extra 4 GB of RAM to the computer, so it has that. I know it's not much of a laptop, but still, I'd like to get it running OS X. I'm also unsure about the wifi card, so I have an extra that I know is compatible just in case. Also, it doesn't need to be OS X 10.9, and it could be any other version of OS X. I'd prefer 10.8 if anything.
  3. Hello! I'm having a bit of a problem with my latest project. I built a computer, and the specs are as follows- RAM- 14 GB Motherboard- Biostar TA970 Graphics- EVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST SC CPU- AMD FX 6350 Case- Antec 300 Each hard drive is different and has a different amount of storage. I use the boot flags as follows "/amdfx -v" I need to also find the screen resolution and set that XD I'll do that eventually Thanks in advance

  5. Hello, everyone. I recently built a new computer, and I'm trying to install Mavericks on it for the first time The [important] specs are as follows; CPU:AMD FX-6350 6 Core GPU:EVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST SC Motherboard: Biostar TA970 RAM: 14 GB The installation was a hassle, but I finally got it installed Whenever I attempt booting, I either get a blank grey screen or the default Apple booting screen, but nothing happens... I've tried numerous times, with the same results, and use different boot args each time with little difference. Any help would be AMAZING so thanks in advance for answering, or sharing a similar issue.
  6. MacPwn Yosemite

Oh my gawd Niresh you are amazing!
  7. Hey guys this is my first post, so sorry if I get anything wrong. I got the Mavericks DMG loaded it up on an 8 gig flash drive, booted it with somewhat success. By that, I mean I saw an Apple logo, then I saw the spinner stop and sit for a bit, then I rebooted with the -v boot arg and it sayed at the very bottom [AGPM Controller] Unknown Platform. What does this mean, and how do I fix it? I followed a set of instructions beforehand, so I booted with -s (Single user mode) but fsck -fymount -uw / is an illegal command apparently, so I couldn't finish. My computer should work fine, I've not installed Mavericks yet, and the last time I used Mavericks was about a year ago, and I've got quite accustomed to the way things work with that, and even if Windows has some good things, I think that Mavericks is better in general. If you guys can help, I thank you in advance, and wish you luck. If there is anything else you need to know, I can answer. Thanks
