  2. I am having crashes every so often on my Sierra Zone Hackintosh. I have no idea what is causing it because in the ".crash" logs there are a few different things. One of the main ones is Logic X. I have perfect sound, Internet & graphics running on an older MSI Platinum P35 Motherboard that's LGA775 with a Xeon X5460 that was converted from LGA771 to LGA775 with that mod & an AMD HD6650 1GB DDR5. I have DIGI 002r hooked up via firewire & everything works perfect...for awhile...BUT, it periodically crashes, & not always while running Logic X. Logic X won't even be open, I'll just be watching youtube or something & it will crash for "apparently" no reason. I have attached a few console ".crash" files that happened from a while ago til yesterday from Logic X & another one that happened because (if I'm not mistaken) of VTDecoder & another becuz of Minergate. I'm pretty sure these are what caused the whole computer to crash & not just records of the program/app crashing. If not, please let me know which file records the crash of the ENTIRE computer. Can someone who knows have a look & see if they know what's going on? Please & thankyou. P.S. I can return the favor. 4. Hi there. Previously, i installed Mavericks and Mountain Lion with Niresh's Distros and worked well! I did shrink like 50gigs of storage for Mac installation, created usb with the help of instruction, changed bios settings, and were ready to rock with dual boot support and every time it worked out without an issue! But i guess, from EL Capitan, things got messier a bit. Now i have to erase things and install mac first and then windows for dual boot. Also, i bought new pc, so whole bios settings is new to me. Conclusion : I need a latest hackintosh with proper dual boot with my Windows 10, and i dont want to format nor erase anything of my HDD, and dont wanna format my windows 10. my father does work in this pc, me too, so please make sure nothing goes wrong, no file losing stuff please. I dont have other HDD so please i need the help. I want to install the mac on this existing windows machine. I could barely format windows 10 drive 'C' only and after mac, i will install windows again, but make sure except drive : C, no other drives get any effect at all. And also, as i said, my PC is new, telling the specs of this pc, so please mention the bios settings and drivers stuffs if possible. Please help me with Bios settings at least if drivers are not possible. 10. Hi all, User of a hackintosh in Yosemite for several months, I changed my motherboard and I switched to AMD motherboard with MSI 970A Krait edition and a CPU AMD FX8320 black edition. Everything else is taken from my old hackintosh. But since this change, it's impossible to install yosemith. I boot with /amd -v ncpi=0x2000 nv_disable=1, and when apple logo appears and the transfer should starts, everything stops and all is blocked. the percentage gauge does not move, everything stands still. I tried with several line : /amd64 -v -x -f ncpi=0x2000 /amd -v nv_disable=1 /amd ncpi=0x3000 dart=0 nv_disable=1 (nv_disable=1 because i have a gtx750ti and this flag is required) Nothing ... I used this iso : https://www.hackintosh.zone/file/810-nireshs-yosemite-with-amd-intel-iso-usb/ With -v, last lines are : ..... Pci (build 15:23.37 nov9 2014), flags 0xe3000, pfm64 (44CPU) 0xfff80000000, 0x80000000 Using msibase = 70 numvectors = 8f [PCI Configuration Begin] And nothing else An idea ??? picture of moment of blocking
  11. Hi, I'm wondered is there any kext for my msi 970 gaming motherboard's killer e2205 onboard ethernet card? I also tried the Killer e2200 kext and e2200 kext from multibeast but doesn't work.
  12. I have Yosemite Zone somewhat installed. There was some graphics problem, so I had to boot into single user mode and do the grafix backup all command. After that, I installed the AMD9000Controller, AMDFramebuffer, and AMDSupport kexts through Kext Wizard. I rebuilt the kext cache and rebooted. I was able to boot into OS X, however, there's still some graphic issue. About this Mac recognizes my graphics card as AMD R9 xxx 4096 MB. I get 1920x1080 resolution, but when I move some windows around, there's obvious jerking and glitching and the dock is not transparent as it would be on a real Mac. I've already got my Ethernet and Audio fixed, but I just need graphics to work properly. What else should I do? I'm lost at this point now. *Edit 1* I installed the AMDRadeonVADriver.bundle file and it seemed to help a little. The animations are still laggy, but not as much as before. There's still some jerking/distortioning when I move a window across the screen, but it isn't as noticeable as it used to be. However, there's still some lag going on. 14. Hello everyone, My problem starts to reboot after installing ("Niresh Yosemite 10.10") after installation, when you reboot and should enter the settings for the first time, shows a gray screen, and not continuous from there. I've tried many flags (-v, -f -x -F, cpus=1, GraphicsEnabler=No, UHCIreset, etc...) but the result is the same, a gray screen, I can't think of anything else, had already installed "Niresh Mavericks" but had not had problems (at least with the installation), and installing Yosemite, I leave with customization options by default, I do not move anything, and yet the result is the same, at the beginning of the installation but using the flag for my AMD processor ("/amd64") I went out error ("still waiting for root device"), but it solves the flag (USBLegacyOff=Yes), and then if starting the installation. Here the specs of my PC, is an old machine, but still could install Mavericks: CPU: AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual-Core GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT 8400gs 512 MB HDD: Hitachi 320 GB SATA RAM: Kingston 4 GB Motherboard: MSI Nvidia chipset (MCP61P) Ports USB: only 2.0 PDT: Sorry for my por English.
  15. Hi guys, I just set up my first Hackintosh (yay!) but when I start with my custom graphics card (MSI Nvidia Geforce GT720) it won't boot correctly (it gets to the point where it says '[iOBluetoothHCIController][start] -- Completed') but when I start without that card (so on my integrated Graphics card) it boots correctly but with a low resolution (1280x1024 while mine is actually 1920x1080). I tried inserting the card AFTER I booted my pc, which results in a grey or brown screen. Any help would be appreciated. I am using a HP Compaq dc5800 Microtower. 'GraphicsMode=1920x1080x32' & 'GraphicsEnabler=Yes:No' did not work. Regards Guus
  16. Issues with booting! GTX 970M

Hey all, Firstly I would like to thank Niresh for a great Hackintosh build, it's been the easiest to install by far. I've managed to install Yosemite Zone on both my HDD and an external USB stick. I can boot completely fine with the USB, however if I try to boot into my HDD it stops loading at a certain point and my fans start to run very loudly. I have a MSI Ghost Pro Laptop, with a NVDIA GeForce GTX 970M graphics card, Intel Core i7 4720HQ, Motherboard: MSI MS-16H5. Kernel panic also occurs if i try to boot in safe mode (-x), i've attached a picture. Any help whatsoever will be appreciated, been trying to install this for days! Thank you

  19. Hi everyone, I have recently built a pc and have started to try and install osx on it. However I have come into a few problems. The first one was that the apple logo would flash and the pc would reboot whenever i booted up. (fixed by xpcm-free) There is still a problem though. When I boot up with this boot flag the apple logo stays and a spinning icon appears however the pc gets stuck here. When I went into verbose mode to find out the problem, I found this error: Sorry for the bad picture quality. My PC: motherboard: msi h81-p33 v2 cpu: pentium g3258 (K/anniversary) gpu: msi gtx 970 gaming 4G storage: kingston ssd now 120gb, 1tb western digital blue Any help for this would be extremely helpful. Thanks, Jonnie

  24. MSI Radeon HD 7770 Ghz edition

Hey guys. New to hackintoshing. I've had some experience with getting installs working in virtual box on other systems before but that's it. I successfully got the Niresh mavericks 10.9 distro installed to my pc after some fiddling around with partition issues. Now I'm having an issue booting to the os after install. I get a "memory allocation error! 0xdeadbeef, Size: 0x0, File: ati.c, Line: 1772" error. I tried using -v -x and GraphicsEnabler=No, the latter killed the error but causes the os to reboot over and over after loading some initial files. I never actually get to the boot loader menu. I also tried changing init display in bios to onchipvga which gets me to the boot loader but then reboots itself over and over even when using the same boot flags. My specs are Gigabyte GA-MA790GPT-UD3H AMD Phenom II x4 965 black edition 6gb ram. It's gskill not sure model MSI Radeon HD 7770 Ghz edition I'm at a loss at this point on how to get this working properly. I have windows 7 ultimate on same pc different hdd and hfs+ drivers so I can use windows to modify files if need be. I can also take videos or screenshots with my iphone if I need to. Any ideas on how I can get this running?
