  1. #UPDATE AS OF APRIL 27, 2018 Thursday, 3:53 PM EST SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS After you figure out how to get High Sierra 10.13 or 10.13.4 installed to a USB with Clover Bootloader, and you're loaded onto MacOS High Sierra: Download Clover Configurator and MOUNT your partition and OPEN it to reveal your EFI folder. Delete it. Simply download the attached ZIP and unzip it by double clicking it. Then copy and paste the EFI folder you unzipped to the location of your mounted partition. Done. Enjoy. Special thanks to Jake Lo ! WORKING [Dell M6800 - High Sierra 10.13.4] Sleep/Wake WHILE THE POWER CORD IS PLUGGED IN (Not from closing the screen down, but from clicking the Apple logo and sleep or by timer). Wi-Fi (AirPort Extreme) via Broadcom BCM43xx. 2 USB ports on the LEFT side as USB 2.0/3.0 and the 1 USB 2.0/eSATA on the back. KeyBoard. TouchPad (With MultiTouch - Fully functional) iMessage, iCloud, FaceTime, AppStore work perfectly. NVIDIA Graphics work perfectly thanks to the Lilu and NvidiaGraphicsFixUp kext. THIS FIXES THE BLACK OR BLANK SCREEN PROBLEM. DVD-Drive/Burning if you even care to use CD, DVD disk. Bluetooth (Works even with Apple HomePod =] ) Ethernet/RJ-45 2 USBs on right side as USB 2.0/3.0 Native Sound (On board Speakers and can adjust sound with buttons) SD Card Readers Adjusting Brightness (Download an app from the AppStore called Brightness Slider -OR- use Night Shift [will not adjust brightness, but will be bearable]). NOT WORKING [Dell M6800 - High Sierra 10.13.4] Headphone Jack (Excessive Static) LINKS Because this site only allows 10MB of an upload per file and my zip is over that limit, I am providing direct links. NOTE - You only need to download ONE of these files, but if you feel the need to have both then why not. You're just causing confusion. This ZIP file is the entire EFI zipped into a nice package. It will completely imitate my High Sierra and cause all of the above to work on your system either with Intel/Nvidia graphics, I am sorry for the AMD GFX holders, I cannot help you. Your search continues. All you must do is delete your entire EFI folder and replace it with mine and restart. 3. Cannot Boot Normally or Change Resolution Hello to all! Yesterday I finished installing OS X Mavericks onto my PC and all is working fine apart from one problem. I cannot change the resolution to anything that isn't 4:3, and I can't boot without the flag nv_disable=1 (which I believe is why I can't change the resolution). I have set up my org.chameleon.Boot.plist correctly as well in case any one asks. Anyways when I boot without that flag I get stuck with AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext timing out (see image). I have been trying to solve this for literally 12 hours and I have tried everything from installing the patched AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement, to installing the NullCPUPowerManegmenmt.kext. I even installed the AppleACPIPlatform Rollback to see if that would fix it and nothing I have done at all has fixed it. As mentioned before I can boot as long as I use the nv_disable=1 flag but it would be nice to use this at a nicer resolution. Also I do have drivers for my GPU (GTX 750ti) installed and it is detected correctly by the system. I am completely stuck and I have no idea what else to try so any help would be much appreciated! Image of where I get stuck: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4ZVlmeZ7NFnUnlRMHloNURPSGs/view?usp=sharing Thanks in advance!!

  7. Insert kext into OSx installer pkg

Insert kext into OSx installer pkg I created my first Hackintosh using a HP Pavilion A6400f and Snow Leopard. http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01390590 I upped it with 8GB RAM, EVGA nVidia 8400 video card and new WD Blue 500GB HDD. I chose Snow Leopard because I could still get an install disc and both came out around the same time. I got 10.6.7 installed. The system threw up a window saying upgrades were available. I checked and it was for 10.6.8. I started the install process and it apparently it was successful. Now the kicker. When I boot now it gets to the Apple logo and hangs. I've tried using and not using PCIRootUID=1 and going into safe mode. What's keeping it from starting? I read one fix is to replace the ACPIPlatform and IOPCIFamily kexts in 10.6.8 with their 10.6.7 versions. How does one do this?

I need help to enable handoff, I get it the other day using BTfirmwareuploader and without modifying anything but yesterday I had to recover the system for a problem with kernel because I'm a lot of time modifying and testing new things with kexts, I've tried to do exactly what I did the day that that worked, but know I can't, please help me to fix that, my bluetooth spects are: Versión del Software Bluetooth Apple: 5.0.0f18 Hardware, características y ajustes: Nombre: iMac de Thewavedestroyer Dirección: b0-10-41-23-15-16 Compatible con Bluetooth LE: Sí Compatible con Handoff: No Compatible con Instant Hotspot: No Fabricante: Qualcomm Atheros Transporte: USB Versión del firmware: 7.12545 (7.1) Alimentación Bluetooth: Activado/a Modo visible: Desactivado Conectable: No Búsqueda automática de dispositivo apuntador: Activado/a Activación remota: Activado/a ID del fabricante: 0x0489 ID del producto: 0xE078 Versión HCI: 4.1 (0x7) Revisión HCI: 0x3101 Versión LMP: 4.1 (0x7) Subversión LMP: 0x01 Tipo de dispositivo (mayor): Computer Tipo de dispositivo (completo): Mac Desktop Clase de dispositivo compuesta: 0x380104 Clase de dispositivo (mayor): 0x01 Clase de dispositivo (menor): 0x01 Clase de servicio: 0x1C0 Búsqueda automática de teclado: Activado/a Servicios: Transferencia de archivos Bluetooth: Carpeta que pueden explorar: ~/Public Al recibir ítems: Aceptar todo sin avisar Estado: Desactivado Intercambio de Archivos Bluetooth: Carpeta para los ítems aceptados: ~/Downloads Al aceptar otros ítems: Guardar en ubicación Al recibir ítems: Aceptar todo sin avisar Estado: Desactivado Compartir Internet por Bluetooth: Estado: Desactivado Puertos serie de entrada: Bluetooth-Incoming-Port: Canal RFCOMM: 3 Se necesita autenticación: No
  9. Stuck on Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport Hi all, I'm fairly new but stick with me. I've just completed the first half of the Yosemite Zone install. Now when I boot and select my hard drive with the OS installed to complete the installation and begins setup I keep getting stuck on the one line "****[IOBluetoothHCIController][SearchForTransportEventTimeOutHandler] -- Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport!" After googling around I found that I had to delete the two kept files "AppleIntelHD*.kext" and "AppleIntelF*.kext (http://www.hackurmac...blems-with.html). After more googling around and learning how to do that through single user mode (http://www.osxlatitude.com/remove-kext-from-single-user-mode/).Making sure I typed everything correctly including capitals, punctuation, spaces and whatnot. I got all the way to step 7 where I had to run myfix but when I did it spat out an error saying that the command didn't exist. I tried a few times making sure everything was spelt correctly and it was. I wasn't sure really what to do so I preceded to reboot the system and I'm still stuck on the same error. Does anybody else know how to fix this error or know of a different way to delete kexts? Thanks in advance, Royce Like This
  10. Looking for WiFi and Graphics kexts for Toshiba Satellite L875D. Hi there! So I installed Yosemite Zone on my Satellite laptop, and I really kind of like it! But unfortunately, I can't seem to find the right kexts to enable WiFi and make the annoying visual glitches go away. Can anyone help me out with finding it? I'm not sure of the exact model beyond L875D, but I know my graphics card is an AMD Radeon HD 7520G, and the network card is probably Realtek that uses 802.11n protocol. Again, I'm not sure of the exact model of my laptop, as the tag on the bottom wore off long ago, but this is about my best guess; http://www.cnet.com/products/toshiba-satellite-l875d-s7332-17-3-a-series-a6-4400m-6-gb-ram-640-gb-hdd/specs/ Thanks if you can help, -Coover55, aka Jordan P.S.: Another problem I seem to be having on occasion is that sometimes, when starting up my laptop, it will get stuck on the login screen, with the spinning beach ball of death. So far, I've managed to fix it twice with the solution seen at the bottom, here; https://www.hackintosh.zone/forums/topic/5445-after-installation-stuck-in-log-in-screen-mac-os-x-yosemite-1010-on-amd-radeon/ , but that's twice since successful installation last night. Mind you, this is not a Virtual Machine whereas theirs was, but still. This is not priority numero uno, but a preferably more permanent fix for it would be appreciated. EDIT to P.S.: This has become priority numero uno. I have had to do this again three times since I last said that. What the hell is going on with this? Do I need to reinstall?

  18. Hi, have an AMD ATI Radeon HD2600Pro ((RV630), but can find a kext that will work with this graphics card. The Mobo is an ASUS P5KPL-SE, 5300Mhz Dual Core, 3GB DDR2 RAM. 20. Alright, here's my dilemma. I'm trying to boot up Niresh Mavericks on an AMD64 desktop (I'm not using Yosemite because it takes 5 minutes to load all the HFS+ files on that one). I've gotten stopped by the infamous "PCI Configuration Begin" hang, and I can't fix it; I've tried pretty much every combination of PCIRootUID=0/1, npci=0x2000/0x3000, pci=no, GraphicsEnabler=Yes, dart=0, -x, and so on with both /amd and /amd64 (this is not an FX system); no luck on any try. I finally found some custom kexts somebody made that are supposed to be able to bypass this. I know they go in the Extra\Extensions folder. But here's where things get tricky; The computer's motherboard doesn't support booting from a USB drive, so I have it burned to a DVDR-DL that I'm booting from; I've got like 50 of these laying around, so I've no worries about burning more. Of course, this means I'm using the ISO file, which can't be edited; only extracted, edited, and then put back together. Problem is, I can't for the life of me get it put back together properly. I'm using PowerISO, although I do also have IMGBurn and Image Master at my disposal. What I've been doing is taking the ISO, backing up the boot information, extracting it, manually extracting the [BOOT] folder with 7zip, putting it back in, adding the kexts, and then putting them all back into PowerISO, making it bootable, and using the boot information from the official ISO. It does create a valid ISO file, but it doesn't actually boot; it just hangs on the boot screen (I've been using VirtualBox to test it, where the normal ISO works fine). To make matters worse, I can't browse the filesystem contents of the disc on my Windows computer, so I can't just edit it directly that way (haven't tried on Linux yet, but I'd assume it's no different). I do have a Mac Mini available, but it has no disc drive, and I don't have any external disc drives to hook up to it. I need some way to add custom kexts to the Niresh ISO file, and still be able to burn it to a disc and have it work.

  23. Push for Baytrail Graphics Kexts

I'm seeking hackintosh noobs and people who desire to hackintosh their computers who own devices with baytrail processors (2013 and later pentium, atom, and celeron). We need highly skilled hackintoshers who can make or modify Mac OSX kernel extensions (kexts) to modify the IntelHD3000 or IntelHD4000 kexts to work with intel gen7 (Baytrail) graphics, as I believe that gen7 is based on the ivy bridge (HD40000) architecture. There are many people who own baytrail tablets or have built their own Baytrail-D pc's who want to hackintosh, but due to lack of support, cannot. I, personally, am running a dell inspiron 11 3000 i1347 model 2in1 pc with baytrail pentium N3530. My Mavericks installation works like a dream all other than the lack of graphics acceleration. To the hackintosh people out there that wish to see these kexts go from wish to reality, please reply to this topic stating that you would support this cause as well, and contribute any useful information you may have on this issue if maybe you're not a complete noob I hope to get the word out about this so we can use the skills and knowledge of the hackintosh community as a whole and over the course of the next year or so possibly have at least some baytrail processors fully supported (graphics and all) in any OSX version 10.9 and up by the end of the year. Happy belated new year to everyone and happy hackintoshing!
