  1. Hello Community i need your help, i don't know how to install the drivers for my MSI R9 270 on 10.10.1 Yosemite. Please help me <3
  2. I have this graphics card : http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/?cid=1&gid=3&sgid=1227&lid=1&pid=2072 This graphics card is a dog when it comes to running games on Windows. I had been able to run it on OSX 10.9.0 as well OOB with no kext editing or anything. The ID was in the kexts and everything went smoothly with full graphics. It did not work with 10.9.5 or 10.10.1 no matter what I did. I edited the DSDT and used kexts from Deekay for 10.9.5 and I could not enable it. The problem is that it boots up to the grey screen and then I can see nothing but the mouse pointer and the spinning wheel. Judging from the smoothliness and the resolution, it is running on 1080p. I boot only with GE=No, as I did with 10.9.0. After a little bit of research I found out that AMD quietly changed the framebuffer on some 280x models. Maybe I have one of those. Could you please help?
  3. Hello everyone, I am stuck at "Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport!" after installing Mavericks on to my hard drive. I have tried several things, here are the only ones I remember (Stuck at the same place every time): -v -x GraphicsEnabler=No -x -v darkwake=0 npci=0x2000 PCIRootUID=1 GraphicsEnabler=No -v I am aware that this is a graphics problem, not a Bluetooth, but I cant seem to find a fix to it. I am 100% sure that VT-d is disabled, in case anyone was going to suggest that. The only problem that I could see is that I when I installed Mavericks, I had my 280x in (Also selected "Extra ATI Drivers") but when that failed to boot up after a few tries I switched to my CPU Graphics. My CPU has Intel HD Graphics 2000, and I am pretty sure that it needs a special boot flag to work. Any help is greatly appreciated, and I will be monitoring on this thread for the next hour or so to reply instantly. =] ------ Picture: imgur.com/iApvzfk ------ Build: GPU: Gigabyte R9 280x Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H CPU: Intel Core i5 2310 (LGA 1155) (Intel HD Graphics 2000)
  4. XFX R9 270X

XFX R9 270X works great with Mavericks and GraphicsEnabler=Yes! All 270X cards SHOULD work as well, however I cannot confirm this at this moment. There might be something different with MSI or Sapphire et.c. That will remove compatibility with Hackintosh.
