  1. Hey everyone, I recently tried to install Hackintosh Sierra Zone on my PC. The installation went fine, after using a FakeCPUID, but when I installed the Nvidia Pascal drivers they wouldn't switch upon rebooting. Also every single website failed to load, and I was stuck at a small resolution. Does anyone know why this problem is and how to fix it? I will post my specs below: My Specs: Motherboard: ASUS H110M-R CPU: Intel Pentium G4560 GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti OC RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 @ 2666Mhz Storage: WD Blue 1TB 7200rpm HDD

  4. Hello everyone! I'm having some trouble when trying to boot up Mac OS X from the Yosemite zone bootloader, I've installed Mac OS in a different hard drive than Windows. When I installed Yosemite I used the boot flags "/amd64 npci=0x2000 -V" and it completed smoothly. However, when I try to boot into my Mac OS X partition from the yosemite zone bootloader It will always get stuck. Verbose mode shows a message saying RTC: Lost Battery Power. Also, when I try to add boot flags to the yosemite bootloader it will show "can't find /amd64", so I have to add the boot flags by booting Mac OS X from the Yosemite Zone USB installer. Here is what the verbose mode shows: My specs: Geforce GTX 660 OC 2GB AMD FX-8350 GIGABYTE GA-990XA-UD3 PD: recently I'm having some issues with my ram, for some reason my computer only says that half of the ram is usable, the other half is "Hardware Reserved", I don't know if this has something to do with my problem. Thank you so much.

  6. Always wants to boot from disc!

I was installing mavericks when it failed right before it should have finished installing. I hit restart to try again, or something like that. But now when I try to get back on windows, it always boots from the disc, no matter what. I have changed the boot priorities, but still, it tries to boot from the disc. Eventually I got mavericks to install, but still, to this day, my computer always wants to boot from the disc. Please someone help me! Below I'm showing a picture of the screen that after always wanting to boot from the disc, it goes to. I am still able to boot into windows by just selecting the HDD and hitting enter, but there has got to be a way to fix this, its just annoying.
  7. Hi, guys. I have motherboard ASUS M5A78L-M LX3 and there's Atheros AR8171/8175 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller PCI on it. Thank you Full config: AMD Athlon II X3 3.4 GHz Asus M5A78L-M LX3 Nvidia GTX 660 8GB ram both usb mouse and keyboard 80GB hdd for mac (and 250gb + 1000 GB hdd for windows7)
  8. Hey there! I'm trying to install Mavericks on my Dell Inspiron 530s. It has 2GBs of RAM, a Core2Duo E4600 as a processor, A Broadcom BCM4318 for WiFi, and a Foxconn g33m02 for a motherboard. I made the bootable Chameleon USB and I also burned the Mavericks installer to a USB. However, I can't seem to get into the installer. Here's a link to the video I took of what happens during bootup: (Sorry, I couldn't find a way to upload my video to this site...I tried to attach it, but it was too big, and I think you can only upload images or something through iHost .) https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B-XMm28V3C8JYm5tZGNtbHo3TmM/edit Anyways, as you can see from the video, after running all those lines of codes, it restarts, and it keeps repeating that process. Can someone tell me what to do? Oh, and FYI, I'm new to Hackintoshing, so please use terms I can understand.
  9. Hello everyone, I am trying to install Mavericks on my PC. I have never installed an Apple OS on a PC before so I don't have any experience whatsoever. I wiped my hard drive clean to install Maverick on it. I changed the BIOS settings to ACHI and set up the USB as priority. I have a Gigabyte 970a-ds3 if you need to know that. I also have an amd fx-6300 processor. I read that Niresh is compatible with AMD. Anyway, I installed Mavericks by launching it with the boot code: amdfx -v. I also formatted the drive to work with OSX. My hard drive is 3TB so I tried partitioning the hard drive. But, it only let me partition it into two partitions. I installed Mavericks in one of those partitions. When it finally finished, I restarted the computer and removed the USB as the instructions asked to do so. But, it says: "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key." I press any key and nothing happens. Then I try turning on the computer with the USB, and then I click the Partition where I installed Mavericks and it just says: "can't find /mack_kernel Press any key to continue." Is there something I am doing wrong? Or could you tell me what might be the problem or how to fix it? Thanks.
  10. Installer Won't Load With Niresh 10.8.2

Hi Everybody, As most people here I'm new to this Hackintosh thing, but I really want to give it a try. I'm trying currently the Niresh method. HW: MB: ASRock H61M-HVC CPU: Intel i5 2500K GPU: Nvidia 550 ti I have made an entry boot point with Neosmart, and I'm loading from it Niresh's 10.8.2 Installer. Installer won't load, it starts stating multiple code lines really fast then a glimps of the apple logo comes about then restart. I've tried -v / -x / npci 2000 and 3000. still restart the -v won't even freeze at the point where it should tell me what went wrong, thengs just restart after loading a bunch of codes that I really can't catch to read. Appreciate your help, if you need any more info, please ask!
